You can change your email address yourself in your account.
To do this, proceed as follows:
- Log into your account on our website
- Click on "Change email address"
- Enter your new email address
- Click on "Save Email"
- We'll send you an email with a link to reset your email address
- Check your email (including your spam folder if you can't find the email)
- Open our email and click on the confirmation link in the email
- You will be redirected back to the homepage confirming the change of email address.
Please note: Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address within three days of your last payout. This is a security measure on our part.
Please also remember to change your PayPal email address if necessary. For payouts, the email address must match in both accounts.
If you have already linked your account to PayPal and now want to change your email address, please contact our support team with your old and new email addresses. The team can then reset the link for future successful payouts.
