E-mail and internet are fast. Often our respondents respond so quickly that the survey is completed before all invitees have had a chance to participate. Since we don't know how many people are actually taking part, we always invite more people than we need. We have to do this to guarantee our customers that we have the desired number of participants in the given time. We apologize for the inconvenience and encourage a prompt response where possible.
