First of all, we would like to apologize for the bad experience! Special target groups are often sought for surveys. After a few selection questions at the beginning of the survey, it will be decided whether you fit into the target group you are looking for or not. Since we work with various partners to be able to offer you a large number of surveys, it can unfortunately also happen that these selection questions sometimes take longer and we cannot test all of them beforehand due to the large number of surveys.
For longer surveys, very specific target groups are often sought, for which the pre-selection can sometimes include around ten to twenty questions. Your answers to the selection questions will not be used in the evaluation of the survey and therefore cannot be remunerated.
However, if you were kicked out of a survey after asking too many questions, please send us a short message and describe what happened. For the verification we need the invitation link of the survey. You can find this in the email we sent you. We are always trying to get better and look forward to your feedback!
