Please note that payouts via PayPal, Skrill or vouchers can take up to 24 hours to become visible.
You have to link your PayPal account to your MOBROG account once. For this it is necessary that the e-mail address at MOBROG matches the one in your PayPal account.
This process starts automatically with the first payout.
If a payout has not arrived in your PayPal account after successful linking and these 24 hours, this can have various reasons:
- Do you share your PayPal account with other MOBROG participants? It is only ever possible to link one PayPal account to one MOBROG account. This is a security measure on our part.
- Do your MOBROG and PayPal email addresses match? If this is not the case, you can change your email at MOBROG or PayPal. This is absolutely necessary for the payment. If this is not the case, you can add your email address to PayPal within 30 days. Then the payout is triggered.
- Sometimes the payout still needs to be accepted by you. Please log into your PayPal account and check whether there are any withdrawals that you have yet to accept.
If your email address is the same in both accounts and your payout still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, write us a short message and we'll be happy to review your case.
